Teledirect provides outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. Our call centre in Malaysia serves as the regional hub and employs around 300 telemarketers. To aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Malaysian office.


Position: Inside Sales Consultant

Where to work : Business Precinct within KL Sentral

When to work : Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.30pm. On the contrary with industry practice, no shift works required.

The Job :
· To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone
· To promote and market financial and banking products to customers
· To be able to achieve sales targets in the required timeline
· Comprehensive training is provided
· Customer database is furnished

The People :
· Must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
· Candidates on Semester Break or Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
· Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
· Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
