Hello! It is Dong Zhi Festival today =D Do you know that Dong Zhi Festival is also known as the Winter Solstice Festival? :)

The Dongzhi Festival is a time for the family to get together..What we do on Dong Zhi traditionally is making Tang Yuan or balls of glutinuous rice, which symbolize reunion..They are cooked in a sweet soup or savoury broth with both the ball and the soup/broth served in one bowl..
